L\u2019ONERE PROBATORIO E\u2019 DELLA BANCA .<\/h1>\n

L’onere di provare un fatto ricade su colui ( anche la banca quindi ) che invoca proprio quel fatto a sostegno della propria tesi.<\/p>\n

La banca notifica decreto ingiuntivo per oltre 180 mila euro<\/span><\/strong>
\n ma spesso non dimostra il suo credito<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Il caso<\/strong>. Nel 2016 la solita banca deposita un decreto ingiuntivo provvisoriamente esecutivo ma l\u2019azienda , anzich\u00e9 spaventarsi ha richiesto l\u2019esibizione di idonea documentale al fine di dimostrare che il credito sia certo ,liquido ed esigibile.<\/strong><\/p>\n

E\u2019 bastato spostare l\u2019onere della prova opponendosi che il Cittadino ha visto trionfare la giustizia .<\/p>\n

USATE LA LEGGE PER DIFENDERVI<\/strong>
\n DALLE ARROGANZE BANCARIE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Non abbandonatevi, non accettate passivamente le azioni delle arroganti banche.
\nIMPARATE A DIFENDERVI CON LA LEGGE, e se non la conoscete , unitevi a Noi e cominciate il percorso che vi far\u00e0 uscire dalla crisi attuale.<\/p>\n

NON PAGARE I PRESTITI E\u2019 FORSE SBAGLIATO MA SE NON SIAMO IN GRADO DI PAGARLI E\u2019 GIUSTO DIFENDERSI E SALVARE LA FAMIGLIA.<\/p>\n
